CSI 16 & 17

Hi all!!! How was your weekend? Mine was great! I learned how to make a Bahama Mama, and also went to see "The Raven" with friends, Charles and Tina. Ahhhhhh, good times. :)

So what is your favorite mixed fruity drink? I have found my new fave, but due to the insane amount of calories in this "vacation in a glass", i will limit myself to no more than one per week.

Also, don't drink and scrapbook. :)

The next two pages for CSI: Color, Stories, Inspiration were fueled by Diet Dr. Pepper alone (no alcohol involved). :)

The first one took a little more time to put together, but I love how it turned out. It is for CSI's #16.

The raspberry floral in the very back is from the Paper Heart collection by Crate Paper. The rest is from two great designers/friends- Cassandra Cooper for Echo Park (Be Mine collection) and Michelle Singh (CSI Coordinates printables). I cut the title "France" with my Pazzles Inspiration.

Echo Park LOVE

I was lucky enough to have a box of Echo Park goodies show up on my doorstep the other day and as soon as I saw the This & That collection papers, I knew exactly how I wanted to use them. :)

The first page uses the more girly Graceful collection.

The journaling reads: "Every single day I get to spend with you is the best day ever! I am so lucky to be the mama of you both."

It is tucked inside an adorable little envelope that my dear friend Denise sent to me, along with those cute little red embroidered hearts, wooden heart, buttons, and tiny red binder clip. She actually sent me a whole box of little embellies that I can't wait to use! Thanks Denise!!!

My male Black Lab, Boston, is my sweet, handsome boy, as well as my hiking buddy, and no matter what the day of the week, he is always up for an adventure.....as long as he gets a romp in the creek at the end of the day!

I LOVED the versatile patterns in both of these collections. AND there is so much included in each collection pack! I have TONS of paper left over and am anxious to create several more pages with it.

Before I share this next page, I have to thank my dear friend Cassandra Cooperfor designing the amazing papers and embellies in the Yours Truly collection. She is such an amazing artist and I just LOVE this collection! I actually did this page waaaaaay back before CHA and have been meaning to share it.

The photo I used is of DH and I and was taken last September in Walt Disney World on our anniversary. It was the BEST place to celebrate our special day!
